Do I keep my phone number?
Yes. You forward calls from your number to Hunk: all of them, only the ones you miss, or only after hours. Customers never see a new number.
Will callers know they’re talking to AI?
Yes. Hunk says it’s an AI assistant at the start of every call and that the call is recorded. It never pretends to be a person.
What about emergencies?
Hunk flags urgent calls (no heat, no cooling, a leak) and texts you right away with the caller’s name and number. If someone smells gas or sees smoke, it tells them to leave and call 911.
How does it know when I’m free?
It connects to your Google Calendar and only offers times that are open. The job is added only after the customer texts YES.
Will it quote prices?
Only the prices you give it, word for word. If a caller asks about anything else, Hunk takes a message for you.
What if the customer never replies YES?
Then it doesn’t go on your calendar. The time is held for a while, then released. You see every waiting job in the app and can call the customer or confirm it yourself.
